• Departure from Ha Long: 10:30 AM. Location: Ha Long International Port, Quang Ninh.

• Departure from Hanoi: 07:00 AM. Pick-up points: Hanoi Opera House - No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at hotels in the Old Quarter.

• Please enter the name and address of your hotel.

• Be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.

• The shuttle bus is shared with other passengers, so there may occasionally be delays.

• No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

• The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.

• Additional fee for kayaking or paddle boat (100,000 VND/person).

• Free for 1 child aged 0-1 if they do not occupy a separate seat.

• 2 adults paying can bring 1 child aged 0-1. Each additional child will need to purchase a child ticket.

• Children's age will be based on the year of birth.

• Parents share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.

• 1 buffet/set menu meal. Buffet will be available when the number of guests is 30 or more.

• The menu might change depending on the season and availabilty of ingredients.

• The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time if applicable).

• You will receive a confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

• Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND/person (December 24, 25, 31, 2024 - January 1, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2025 - April 30, 2025 - May 1, 2, 3, 4, 2025 - August 30, 31, 2025 - September 1, 2, 2025).

• All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the reception on the boat.

• Present your mobile voucher.

• The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time if applicable).

• No pets allowed.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be responsible for any lost items during the trip.

• Please refrain from feeding marine/wild animals or participating in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.

• In case of unexpected events or bad weather, the operator may cancel your reservation. You can then reschedule or receive a refund.
