- DEPARTURE FROM HANOI: 07:00 AM. Designated pickup points: Hanoi Opera House - No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

- The shuttle bus is shared with other passengers, so there may sometimes be delays.

- There is an additional fee for kayaking or bamboo boat (100,000 VND/person).
- Holiday surcharges: 100,000 VND/person (December 24, 25, 31, 2024 - January 1, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2025 - April 30, 2025 - May 1, 2, 3, 4, 2025 - August 30, 31, 2025 - September 1, 2, 2025).
- Pick-up/drop-off surcharges may apply depending on the location.
- All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the reception on the boat.

- The voucher is only valid for the specified date (and time if applicable).
- No pets allowed.
- Participants who appear to be intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be liable for any lost items during the trip.
- Please refrain from feeding marine animals/wildlife or engaging in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.
- In cases of force majeure events or severe weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel bookings. If this happens, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
