Welcome aboard IRIS Cruise at Halong Port and transfer to cruise by electricity carte Boarding and enjoying welcomed drink. The cruise manager will do a short briefing of safety regulations and the trip schedule. Then enjoy the majestic scenery of hundreds of limestone mountains while cruising through Halong Bay. |

NOTICE: Depending on weather conditions, the schedule may change without prior notice. Wifi is available in the restaurant and bar area; however, the signal may be weak or unavailable due to the geographical conditions of the bay, so we appreciate your understanding.
- TOUR ONLY DEPARTING FROM HA LONG: 5:30 PM. Location: Ha Long International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh.
- Please be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
- The itinerary may change due to traffic or weather conditions.
- One child aged 0-1 years old is free if they do not occupy a separate seat.
- Children aged 12 and older will be charged at the adult price.
- Two paying adults can bring one child aged 0-1 years old. Each additional child must purchase a child ticket.
- Parents may share food/drinks with children aged 0-1 years old.
- Children aged 0-11 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- The age of children will be based on their year of birth.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.
- One buffet/set menu meal is included. The buffet will be open when the number of guests is 30 or more.
- The menu may change according to the season and availability of ingredients.
- You will receive confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
- Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND/person (December 24, 25, 31, 2024 - January 1, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2025 - April 30, 2025 - May 1, 2, 3, 4, 2025 - August 30, 31, 2025 - September 1, 2, 2025).
- Pick-up/drop-off fees may apply depending on the location. All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the reception on board.
- Please present your mobile voucher.
- The voucher is only valid on the designated date (and time, if applicable).
- No pets allowed.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In such cases, there will be no refunds.
- Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be responsible for any lost items during the trip.
- Please refrain from feeding marine/wild animals or engaging in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.
- In the event of force majeure or severe weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
