- TOUR ONLY DEPARTING FROM HA LONG: 5:30 PM. Location: Ha Long International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

- One child aged 0-1 is free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat.
- Children aged 12 and above will be charged as adults.
- Two paying adults can bring one child aged 0-1. Each additional child will need to purchase a child ticket.
- Parents may share food/drink with children aged 0-1.
- Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children's ages will be based on their year of birth.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.
- One buffet/set menu meal. Buffet will be served when there are 30 guests or more.
- The menu may change depending on the season and availability of ingredients.
- You will receive confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
- Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND per guest (24, 25, 31/12/2024 - 1, 28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025 - 30/4/2025 - 01, 02, 03, 04/5/2025 - 30, 31/8/2025 - 01, 02/9/2025).
- Additional pickup/drop-off fees may apply depending on the location. All additional fees must be paid in cash directly to the receptionist on the boat.
- Please present your mobile voucher.
- The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time if applicable).
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be issued.
- Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be liable for any lost belongings throughout the trip.
- Please refrain from feeding marine animals/wildlife or participating in any activities that could harm the ecosystem.
- In case of force majeure or severe weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
