By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions and to have accepted these terms on behalf of all members of your party. These terms and conditions may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check regularly for updates.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the Provider. By accessing the website, you accept these terms and conditions.

Pricing

The experience aboard the IRIS cruise is priced in Vietnamese Dong, depending on the daily rate. Prices for our daytime and evening cruise itineraries are typically calculated per person.

Entrance Fees and Sightseeing Charges

Regarding the port entry and Halong Bay sightseeing fees, we only collect these charges on behalf of the customers and purchase tickets on their behalf. We are not responsible for any additional service charges that may arise. In the event of any increases in entrance and sightseeing fees as mandated by local authorities/ports, we will inform all passengers of the mandatory surcharge.

Payment

Payment must be made 100% before the service date. Accepted payment methods include: Domestic cards and bank accounts, international cards, bank transfers, or direct transactions at LEGACY-VOYAGES, the management unit of the IRIS cruise.

Once your booking is complete, a payment confirmation will be sent via email or phone number, or within 24 hours we will contact you upon receiving your booking information. If no payment is received, we will cancel the service booking. Please contact us to receive transaction results and booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Note: Failure to arrive for the cruise at the scheduled time of our service will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Operator

In case of force majeure events or severe weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may reschedule or request a full refund. Daily cruise itineraries may change without prior notice to ensure passenger safety.

Know Before Booking the Service

Depending on the cruising conditions, the itinerary may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area. However, internet connectivity may be disrupted due to the geographic conditions of the bay. We appreciate your understanding.

• Departure from Ha Long: 10:30 AM. Location: Ha Long International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh. (Please arrange your own transportation to Ha Long International Passenger Port.)

• Departure from Hanoi: 07:00 AM. Pickup point: Hanoi Opera House - No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, or at hotels in the Old Quarter area.

• Please enter your hotel name and address.

• Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.

• The shuttle bus will be shared with other passengers, so delays may occur.

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

• Itineraries may change due to traffic/weather conditions.

• Kayaking or paddleboarding incurs an additional fee (100,000 VND/person).

• Free for 1 child aged 0-1 who does not occupy a separate seat.

• 2 adult tickets can accompany 1 child aged 0-1. Each additional child will need to purchase a child ticket.

• Children's ages will be calculated based on their birth year.

• Parents may share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.

• Please inform us if you have food allergies or special requests.

• 1 buffet/set menu meal. A buffet will be served when there are 30 or more guests.

• The menu may change based on seasonal availability of ingredients.

• The voucher is only valid for the designated date (and time, if applicable).

• You will receive a confirmation within minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

• Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND/person (December 24, 25, 31, 2024 - January 1, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2025 - April 30, 2025 - May 1, 2, 3, 4, 2025 - August 30, 31, 2025 - September 1, 2, 2025).

• All surcharges must be paid in cash directly at the reception on the boat.

• Present your voucher on your mobile device.

• The voucher is only valid for the designated date (and time, if applicable).

• Pets are not permitted.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for any items lost during the trip.

• Please do not feed marine/wild animals or engage in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.

• Pickup/drop-off surcharges may apply depending on the location.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather, the operator may cancel your booking. You may then reschedule or be refunded.

Promotional Prices and Discounts

All services with promotional prices and discounts are non-refundable and cannot be modified or changed. Generally, any unused services will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to meals, tours, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour member.

Confirmation Voucher

Passengers should carefully read the package information and amount before booking the service. A booking confirmation will be provided to confirm that payment has been completed and will be sent via email to the address you provided during the booking process. Please check the confirmation details to ensure everything is accurate.

Liability and Insurance

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by natural disasters, political actions, weather, or any other causes beyond our control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. We advise you to purchase travel insurance before any trip you participate in. Your insurance should cover items such as personal accident insurance, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.

What to Bring and What Not to Bring

Allowed Items:

• Smart outfits (for those who enjoy taking photos).
• Cameras, camcorders, selfie sticks for photography enthusiasts.
• 2-3 cartons of milk for infants.
• Sunglasses, sunscreen, wide-brimmed hats.
• Swimwear, goggles.
• Footwear suitable for beach and mountain terrain.
• Personal medications, if needed.

Prohibited Items:

• Alcohol, alcoholic beverages, and other drinks.
• Animals, pets.
• Bulky items.
• Flammable liquids and materials.
• Illegal substances.

Note: You should only bring essential items as there is limited space on shared transportation and during the journey. Proper preparation will not only make you more comfortable but also ensure that everyone has a fun and smooth trip.
