Price
Tours are charged in Vietnam Dong, depending on the daily price. Prices for our day cruises including day cruises and evening cruises are usually calculated per person.

• Free for children aged 0-1 as long as they will not occupy separate seats.
• 2 paying adults can only bring 1 child aged 0-1. A child ticket will be required for each additional child.
• Children aged from 12 will be charged the same rate as adults.

All Entrance & Sightseeing Fees
Regarding port entrance fees and Ha Long Bay tour fees, IRIS CRUISE only collects these costs and buys tickets on behalf of passengers. In addition, IRIS CRUISE does not bear any other service fees incurred. Therefore, in the event of an increase in entrance fees and tour fees as prescribed by local/port authorities, IRIS CRUISE will notify all passengers of the mandatory surcharge.

Pay
Prepaid payment Service fee, can be paid by bank transfer, credit card.

Payment must be 100% paid before the service date. These payments must be made at our office or by bank transfer, our credit card confirmed before the departure date. Payment confirmation after the customer has booked IRIS CRUISE's service and we will issue it to you via email confirmation and our phone number, confirmation and payment is complete. If payments are not received, IRIS CRUISE will cancel the booking. Contact us to receive transaction results and confirm bookings. In case you are on the journey to use the service and want to add additional items such as: Drinks, you must pay at the counter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms and conditions and booking modifications or adjustments vary by rate type. We recommend that all customers read carefully before booking and making payment. The time from the time you book the service through forms such as phone number, email, our social networks, is when you start calculating the service booking.

Note: Failure to arrive for the cruise according to our booking time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Promotional Prices and Incentives
All service bookings with promotional & promotional prices are non-refundable and cannot be modified or changed. In general, any unused services will not be refunded.

Refunds for Unused Services
There are no refunds or exchanges for services: meals, tours, transportation or any other services included in the tour price but not used by the tour member.

Confirmation vote
Iris Cruise will provide a confirmation to confirm payment has been completed and will be sent via email.

Liability And Insurance
IRIS CRUISE is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to acts of God, political action, weather or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must include cover for personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance before any trip.

Note: You should only bring necessary things because there is not much space on the car and on the journey.
