Had a lot of fun, accommodating staff especially the manager ☺️ food buffet and the whole cruise is amazing, worth the visit ❤️

Super friendly staffs and amazing hospitality. It is a nice cruise to enjoy the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Their staffs can communicate well in English, don't have to worry about language barrier!

The cruise itself was really nice! Food is surprisingly good and the environment is clean. Joel and crew were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The islands themselves can be quite crowded but I guess that's expected for a UNESCO site.

Great organization from the pick up of our hotel in the morning, the all day on the boat and on the way to come! Very nice buffet for lunch! The 2 manager who take care of us on the boat were Awesome!! Highly recommended

Definitely worth the price. Song and DJ is amazing. Good choice of food and most importantly comes with a good guide.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment sur le Iris Cruise. Nous sommes pris en charge par une luxury limousine très confortable depuis Hanoi. L'équipage est très attentionné et professionnel. Le bateau est bien entretenu.Nous pouvons nous détendre au sundesk. Le déjeuner est très copieux avec des plats vietnamiens. Nous avons passés un très bon moment et en particulier avec Cuong et Van! Nous reviendrons très vite !

Went on Oct 30th an had a relatively small group so it was kind of easier to navigate everything. Once onboard Joel, the cruise manager, introduced himself and the team to everyone, followed by our tour guide(I feel bad for not being able to remember her name) giving us a rundown of what's in stored for the day. The food they served was good, each stop was great, and ended the cruise with an amazing live performance. My one regret though was not bringing a pair of shorts and going in jeans because boy was it hot.
